Lowe’s has announced a $3,500 bonus for the sale of carpet tile.
Lowes says the sale, which it says was the largest in its history, was a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”
The carpet tile sale was led by the American carpet manufacturer Lowe’s in partnership with a high-tech company called CNC Marble.
The company says the tile is designed to reduce energy use in homes and is made with recycled materials.
The sale was first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
The price was announced at the Lowe’s Investor Day conference on March 3.
Lowes had previously announced a series of deals for new carpet tiles in March.
A new deal for $25,000 worth of tiles was announced last month.
The firm also announced that it was offering to buy a new batch of carpet tiles to make room for the upcoming $25 billion renovation of the George Washington Memorial in Washington, D.C.
