I love to travel with my kids, and we have a huge amount of room on our bed to stretch out in our back yard.
I don’t always know what to do with the space in my bedroom, and I don the carpet burner.
When the kids are playing and the bed is too hot for them, the burner can help.
But there are times when it just doesn’t seem to fit, or I’m trying to put a big piece of furniture in the space that is already full.
I’ve done it a few times and ended up with a bunch of leftover fabric that I didn’t want.
Here’s how to do it.1.
Cut up the fabric in two or three pieces.2.
Cut the fabric into strips.3.
Tie each piece together with electrical tape.4.
Secure each piece of fabric with electrical ties.5.
Wrap the whole thing in a warm, dry towel to help keep it in place.6.
Place the towel on the top of the bed and attach it to the underside of the carpet.7.
Make sure the towels aren’t touching each other, or they will melt.8.
Repeat until you have a big pile of towels covering the entire carpet.9.
Remove the carpet and let it dry for about two hours before using it.10.
To use, pull the fabric and the blanket apart.
Pull the blanket over the carpet so that the fabric is still attached to the blanket.
Use a long-handled, straight-edged screwdriver to pull the blanket down until you get to the carpeting.
Repeat the process until you’ve removed the carpet from the blanket and the fabric from the carpet, which will take about five minutes.
